For a bug, include your device, OS version, the Voidline version from the App Store page, and the system seed shown on the start screen (for example SYSTEM B10C0001). Every match is deterministic, so a seed plus a description is usually enough to reproduce it exactly.

I bought the Commission but things are still locked
Tap any padlocked item on the start screen to open the Commission sheet, then tap Restore Purchases. You need to be signed in to the same Apple Account you bought with. If it still does not unlock, check Settings › Apple Account › Media & Purchases on the device, then email us with the date of purchase.
Do I have to buy it again on Mac, or on my iPad?
No. The Commission is one universal purchase across iPhone, iPad and Mac. Install Voidline on the other device, sign in with the same Apple Account, and use Restore Purchases if it does not unlock on its own. Family Sharing is enabled, so family members on your Apple Family can use it too.
What exactly is free, and what does the Commission add?
Free: the Voidwatch navy, the Recruit, Cadet and Commander rungs of the AI ladder, a new skirmish system every day, the tutorial, and the daily Last Stand. The Commission adds The Tally and Redmark, the Warlord, Overlord and Nemesis rungs, the New Seed browser with unlimited systems, match replays, and every navy still to come. There are no ads, no subscription and no timers in either tier.
When does the daily Last Stand reset?
At midnight UTC. Everyone in the world plays the same system on the same day. The start screen shows a countdown to the next reset. Your best time for the day is kept on the device; it is not uploaded anywhere.
Does the game need an internet connection?
No. Voidline plays fully offline. The only time it talks to the network is through Apple's App Store when you buy or restore the Commission.
Where is the tutorial? I skipped it
Tap How to Play on the start screen. It flies you across a live system and explains every object as it goes, and you can reopen it as often as you like.
How do replays work?
Every finished match saves a replay. Tap Watch Last Match on the start screen to play it back. A replay is just the seed and your command log, so it is a few kilobytes and replays exactly; the AI re-derives itself deterministically. Replays are part of the Commission.
What does Voidline need to run?
iOS 18 or iPadOS 18 and later on iPhone and iPad. On Mac it runs as a native Mac Catalyst app and needs macOS 15 Sequoia or later. The Mac window has a minimum size of 1180 × 780 points.
Can I play against another person?
Not yet. Version 1 is human versus AI across six rungs. The simulation is deterministic and command-log driven precisely so that online 1v1 can be added later without a rewrite.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Commission purchase.
